The Board of Directors honored Gerry Escalada, a member of the District’s Community Advisory Panel, with the Fire Chief for the Day Award. The Board presented Gerry with a plaque at its regular Board of Directors meeting on July 19, 2005. The District’s Board members expressed their appreciation to Gerry for his community service.
