On September 1st, the Rodeo Hercules Fire District held a badge pinning ceremony at the Hercules City Council Chambers.  Interim Fire Chief, Alan Biagi,  announced two promotions and introduced the newest member of the Rodeo-Hercules Fire District.  Rick Perez began his career with the District in 1994 and recently promoted from the rank of Engineer to Captain and Jack Clapp began his career with the District in 2000 and was promoted from the rank of Firefighter/Paramedic to Engineer/Paramedic.  The newest member of the District, Matthew Estrada, was a Reserve Firefighter before becoming a full-time Firefighter/Paramedic in August 2010.   Chief Biagi extended his congratulations for the hard work and dedication these individuals have provided to the District and for their continued success in their fire service careers.
