REMINDER TO RODEO AND HERCULES RESIDENTS: ALL fireworks (including “Safe & Sane”) are illegal throughout Contra Costa County Jun 29, 2021
As the drought in California worsens, the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors strengthened its fireworks ordinance. Under the new ordinance, property owners and vessel owners are responsible for ensuring that the use of illegal fireworks does not occur on their property. Owners may be liable for ordinance violations if illegal fireworks are used on their property or vessel.
